Events Experience Executive

Full-Time | Singapore

The Holograil – Photo Booths Reimagined

We’re The Holograil —a leading photo booth company turning moments into immersive experiences. We're looking for an Events Experience Executive who’s equal parts creative strategist, experience curator, and photo-tech enthusiast.

Your Mission:

To design, develop, and elevate photo booth experiences that wow guests , push creative boundaries, and reflect our cutting-edge brand.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conceptualize New Experiences : Dream up and pitch out-of-the-box ideas for photo booth setups, from themed activations to futuristic interactions.
  • Reimagine Existing Software : Collaborate with tech and design teams to adapt or evolve current tools for fresh user journeys.
  • Lead Creative Campaigns : Work closely with our graphic designers and videographers to build cohesive visual concepts (frames, overlays, booth interfaces).
  • Trendspotting & Innovation : Research global experiential trends (AR, AI, motion capture, etc.) to keep The Holograil ahead of the curve.
  • Creative Briefs & Storyboarding : Translate ideas into moodboards, user flows, and sample mockups.
  • Fresh Takes on Photography : Rethink how photos and videos are shot, edited, and presented—especially with AI, roving cameras, or stylized event coverage.
You’ll Thrive If You:
  • Have a background in events, media production, digital art, or experiential marketing
  • Understand the creative and operational side of events (tech specs, guest flow, logistics)
  • Are excited about AI, motion graphics, interactive displays, or future-forward photography
  • Have great taste in design and can communicate ideas visually (even via sketches or Canva)
  • Are obsessed with making memorable experiences
  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience working with vendors, developers, and freelance creatives
  • A portfolio of past event concepts, design direction, or interactive projects
