Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Event Sales Executive to assist with proposals, manage clients, and inject fresh ideas into the sales process. The ideal candidate should have a Diplomas/Degree in Event Management, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have at least a year of sales experience in the event industry. Competitive salary with commission structure included.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposals and quotations.
• Inject fresh ideas to market and set sales targets for commission.
• Assist in pre-planning, setup/teardown, and onsite management.
• Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Assist Event manager with servicing clients.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Time: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $ 2600 - $ 3000 + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with proposals and quotations
• Inject fresh ideas to market for the company and set target for Sales to get the commission allocated
• Assist in pre-planning, set up / teardown and onsite management
• Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers
• Assist Event manager with servicing existing and new clients
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Event Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• With at least one year of sales experience in Event Industry
