Department: Event Sales
Reports to: Manager, Sales

Job Description

The Events Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through the coordination and support of events as assigned by the Manager. This role requires collaboration with the various department to ensure smooth event setup and effective client communication. The Events Executive also provides administrative support for all event-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of events.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for events as required.

  • Handle day-to-day coordination of the event program, including answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.

  • Manage and process restaurant table reservations (telephone and online) for all RedDot BrewHouse outlets.

  • Attend events and support as needed.

  • Perform any other duties appropriate to the role as assigned by management.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Excel).

  • Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are a strong advantage.
