Job summary

A dynamic company is seeking a motivated individual to join their Events Team as a Project Manager. The role involves handling event proposals, sourcing vendors, and ensuring successful setup and execution of events. Candidates should have project management experience and strong interpersonal skills, with background in graphic design as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience in Events.
• Background in graphic and/or 3D design will be a bonus.
• Candidates with experience in project management for marketing campaign installations, events, and exhibitions will be favored.

• Conceptualise and propose ideas to make meaningful contribution to discussions
• Evaluate and select suppliers, do site recee, inspect and approve vendors’ work
• Ability to sketch ideas and knowledge of simple graphic skills will be a bonus

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of project management experience in Events
• Good time management, self-motivated and a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and organised
• Background in graphic and/or 3D design will be a bonus
• Candidates with experience in project management for marketing campaign installations, events and exhibitions will be considered more favourably.
• Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualification.
