Responsibilities:
- Source materials and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective prices.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, event managers, in-house designers, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Apply for necessary licenses and permits from relevant authorities.
- Support event managers with presentation decks and concepts.
- Assist in producing approved proposals.
- Coordinate and manage on-site setup and production, ensuring high-quality events.
- Plan and propose workflows for each event.
- Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors on location.
- Ensure smooth operations during each event.
- Collaborate with team members to produce successful events.
