Job summary

SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT is seeking energetic individuals to join our Events Crew for roadshows, promotions and brand activations across Singapore. This hands-on role involves direct customer engagement and on-site event support.

You will gain experience in events, marketing and customer interactions while working with a friendly team. Training is provided, with a clear pathway to Crew Lead and Event Coordinator roles.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Previous events, retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Events Crew . You will be involved in roadshows, promotional events and brand activations across Singapore.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work directly with customers and gain experience in events, marketing and customer engagement .
