A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a highly organized Events Coordinator to manage and execute various events. Responsibilities include planning, budget management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has a minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a competitive salary, full training, and a fun working environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: $3800 - $4500
Looking for a dynamic and highly organized Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of internal and external events.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external events including roadshows, career fairs, client appreciation events, team bonding sessions and family days.
Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Book venues and arrange logistics (transport, equipment, catering, etc.)
Source for and liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers.
Coordinate with internal teams, event staff and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events
Oversee guests lists and RSVP management, ensure attendance list is regularly updated and senior management is informed.
Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback and prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.
