Job description

"ANRC" is seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events and marketing initiatives, as well as the operational needs for our Centre.

Event Management & Execution:

  • Plan and manage physical events such as Charity Golf & Fundraising Dinner event etc.

  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics—from conceptualization and preparation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

  • Developing event concepts, managing timelines, securing venues, and coordinating vendors.

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.

  • Draw event budget for tracking expenses, managing invoices, and ensuring events stay within budget.

  • Ensuring all compliances with relevant guidelines

Marketing & Engagement:

  • Create compelling pre- and post-event content for social media and send campaigns to promote events and initiatives.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement and attendance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align messaging and outreach for the events.

Programme Support & Administration:

  • Maintain the database of programme participants, donors & sponsors partner.

  • Write appeal letters to donors & sponsors to seek funding for Centre's events.

  • Motivating and facilitating supporters to maximize the fund raised.

  • Developing and implementing a strategy for individual and corporate donation support.

  • Provide general programme and administrative support, including onsite trips, compiling research, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirement:

  • Min. Diploma in event management or any relevant field of study

  • With 2 years of experiences in events related field.

  • Good interpersonal skills on written & communications.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
