A leading company is seeking an Events / Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional event execution. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events / Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional sales skills, and experience managing events and catering sales operations. This role will focus on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote social events; wedding; Corporate meetings; seminars
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in both corporate and private events.
Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through event completion, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare event orders, proposals, confirmation and other agreements.
Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to tailor event packages and services that meet client needs.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Handle feedback and complaints from guests to ensure they are resolved promptly
Oversee event details to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event sales, catering sales, or hospitality sales management.
Possess at least a Diploma in tourism/hospitality management or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Strong understanding of event planning, catering operations, and hospitality industry standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
