Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our grant application processes, industry event coordination, and project tracking. This role involves a blend of administrative, research, and stakeholder engagement tasks to ensure smooth execution of industry initiatives and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the grant application process, including verifying supporting documents
  • Coordinate industry events (e.g. Industry Day, Tech Discovery Workshops), including managing mailing lists, sign-ups, EDMs, and post-event feedback
  • Track project progress and status updates to ensure timely follow-ups
  • Conduct desktop research on companies to support meeting briefs and administrative planning
  • Provide administrative support for industry engagements and meetings (e.g. preparing materials, name tents, coordination tasks)
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Business, Accounting, or Marketing)
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organisational and process management skills; methodical and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good presentation abilities
