As part of the Account Servicing team, you will develop marketing campaigns to generate leads across marketing pillars such as events, campaigns, and media buys. You will work with an ecosystem of companies providing data, tools, and services to maximize marketing performance. This role involves leading marketing initiatives across partner types, including co-marketing, content development, thought leadership, and events.

Job Description:
Account Management
- Support the event/marketing team for current clients and active projects.
- Manage projects to ensure timely, successful, and profitable delivery of creative solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support client campaigns and develop expertise on products and solutions.
- Assist in discovering client business pain points, SWOT, and landscape during project briefs.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Track key account metrics in the company's CRM to ensure billing timeliness.
- Communicate client goals and represent their interests to the team.
- Maintain communication with the creative team regarding project status, issues, and opportunities.
- Understand company capabilities and communicate offerings effectively to clients.
- Provide regular updates on account activities weekly.
- Maintain the account archive library.
- Assist in planning events aligned with client objectives, addressing gaps and potential issues.
- Negotiate with vendors for quotations and event setup.
- Execute events flawlessly, troubleshoot on-site, and service clients throughout.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in B2B marketing within the IT industry.
- Relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, or related industries.
- Experience in partner marketing, lead generation campaigns, events, or media buying is preferred.
- Strong marketing background with experience in strategizing, executing, and measuring campaigns.
- Ability to develop and manage effective advertising campaigns and media plans.
- Propose engaging digital content for various platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing reports and share insights for optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Experience in digital and performance marketing, including SEM, SEO, and SMM.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
- Experience launching campaigns across multiple channels including email, web, social, and events.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Team player with a quick learning ability, efficiency, and a high sense of urgency.
