Event Venue Executive
Job description

Main Job Scope:
- Overseeing and managing event venue booking and usage
- Ensuring proper documentation of venue bookings is recorded and kept in an orderly manner
- Assisting hirers with their requests pertaining to venue bookings
- Regularly updating on matters relating to venue bookings and management
- Documenting and highlighting matters of concern pertaining to venues, hirers, and bookings to management
- Coordinating and liaising with existing term contractors (Facilities, cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
- Coordinating and conducting monthly management meetings
- Attending to all enquiries, conducting site show rounds, and meetings with venue hirers, tracking all venue hirers
- Performing handover and return of event spaces before and after events, ensuring the condition of the venue is the same as prior to its use
- Being on-site or nearby at all times to provide immediate support and check for compliance by the venue hirer
- Handling all feedback and complaints from the public and all correspondence with the venue hirer
- Following up with clients and arranging appointments to meet with them
- NOTE: Overtime will be compensated with off-in-lieu
