Job description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of multiple virtual / hybrid / physical events.
  • Manage events from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, budget management.
  • Manage project budget and cost management.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed as appropriate.
  • Always ensure safety compliances by the project team.
  • Be client-facing and be accountable for deliverables to clients within agreed timeline.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in relevant fields or in Events Integrated, Business, Computer / Information Technology etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc)
  • Prior experience with planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
