The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated event specialist to join our APAC marketing team, and work on effective event engagements and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a data-driven approach and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks.


Responsibilities

  1. Plan, manage, and execute corporate events, trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and customer meetups to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on logistics, sponsorships, booth setup, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
  3. Develop and implement event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, landing pages, social media promotion, and paid ads.
  4. Work closely with sales teams to ensure strong lead generation and support post-event follow-up campaigns.
  5. Measure event performance using KPIs such as attendance, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  6. Manage event budgets efficiently while ensuring high-quality experiences.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen event strategy.

Requirements

  1. 2–5 years of experience in planning and executing events, preferably in the B2B software or tech space.
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and timelines.
  3. Hands-on experience with event marketing and digital promotion (e.g., email automation, paid campaigns).
  4. Ability to analyze event success metrics and improve future strategies based on data.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors and partners.
  6. Familiarity with event and CRM tools such as Zoho Backstage, Cvent, Eventbrite, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  7. Open to domestic and international travel; occasional collaboration across global time zones may be required.
  8. Proven ability to work independently and take ownership.

Optional/ Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in the event management industry.
  2. A versatile skill set—ranging from strategic thinking to detailed, hands-on execution.
  3. Confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders at different levels.
  4. A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
