As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the event industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, promoting our event services, and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, to attract clients and ensure successful event outcomes. Your focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and maximizing revenue generation opportunities through effective sales and digital marketing initiatives.

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, to drive business growth in the event industry.

2. Identify and target prospective clients, including corporate entities, organizations, and individuals, to generate new business opportunities.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales and marketing approaches.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their event requirements and providing tailored solutions.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our event services and value proposition.

6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, for both online and offline channels.

7. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising, to reach a wider audience and promote upcoming events.

8. Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

9. Continuously optimize digital marketing strategies and tactics to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.

10. Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate leads.

11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and event marketing strategies, particularly in the digital space, to remain competitive in the market.

12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including event planners, operations, and production, to ensure seamless event execution.

13. Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and partners to explore partnership opportunities and enhance event experiences.
