Job Description

As an Event Sales Executive, you will:

• Drive vendor sourcing, pitching & deal closing for retail events
• Plan event layouts & budgets, track costs for profitability
• Coordinate setup, oversee event operations & manage pack-up
• Act as point of contact for vendors, mall reps & contractors
• Ensure event targets are hit — earn commission per event
• Unlock a monthly incentive when sales targets are achieved

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or event management preferred
• Proven ability and performance may outweigh formal qualifications
• Sales or vendor coordination experience is a strong advantage
• Strong closing & communication skills
• Self-starter with ownership mindset
• Organized & reliable; able to handle multiple tasks independently
• Prior experience in mall events or retail space is a bonus
