We’re on the lookout for a self-driven and personable Event Sales Executive who’s excited to build client relationships, close sales, and grow with a team that values energy, initiative, and professionalism. This is a pure sales role – ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience looking to kickstart a career in F&B events and business development.

Responsibilities

  • This role will report directly to Head of Marketing and work closely with outlet teams, the central marketing team, and external vendors. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Promote, sell, and secure group bookings and event enquiries for Jiak Kim House, Brewerkz, and Café Iguana
  • Manage inbound leads, prepare proposals and quotations, handle follow-ups, and confirm event bookings
  • Conduct site visits and present venue offerings professionally
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth sales handover and execution
  • Liaise with third-party vendors when required to meet client expectations (e.g. florists, AV, décor)
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; track leads and conversions
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify upselling opportunities and stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings
  • Cold outreach, on-site networking, and proactive engagement with potential clients to drive new business
  • Deliver excellent pre-sale service and ensure positive client experiences to encourage repeat bookings
  • Support company in any new projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles are welcome
  • Outgoing and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task and manage timelines effectively
  • Passionate about F&B, hospitality, or events
  • Candidate should ideally possess a tertiary qualification
