Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,200 per month
Responsibilities:
  • Manage registration processes, including forms, data entry, and database management.
  • Interact with clients/customers to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with registration matters.
  • Maintain accurate registration records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate registration logistics with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle payment processing, registration fees, refunds, and financial records.
  • Prepare and send registration communications such as confirmations and reminders.
  • Troubleshoot registration issues and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide on-site registration support during events, including attendee check-in.
  • Analyze registration data to identify improvements and implement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
