About Us

We are a fast-growing childcare services company connecting families with trusted babysitters, nannies, and confinement care. Our ecosystem includes the Aunty App for ad-hoc babysitting, Aunty Concierge for regular nanny services, and Aunty Confinement Nanny for postnatal care.

Job Overview

We are looking for friendly and energetic Sales Promoters to join our booth at the Mummy Market event this October. You will be the face of our brand—introducing our services to parents, answering questions, collecting leads, and encouraging sign-ups or bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively approach parents and visitors at the event to share about our range of childcare services
  • Explain the differences between our services: ad-hoc babysitting, regular nanny care, and confinement nanny options
  • Hand out brochures, guide parents to QR codes, and encourage newsletter sign-ups or trial bookings
  • Capture leads and inquiries accurately via iPad or form
  • Answer basic questions about our offerings (training provided)
  • Support overall booth operations and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Assist with simple demonstrations or games, if any are part of the booth activities
Requirements
  • Confident and articulate, with strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to engage with parents warmly
  • Comfortable learning and talking about our childcare services
  • Prior sales or promoter experience is a plus, especially in family/parenting spaces
  • Must be available for full duration of the event
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or other local languages is a bonus
