Job summary

Porsche Asia Pacific invites a motivated university student to join as a 6-month full-time intern in Singapore. You will support the Event Sales & Marketing team at the Porsche Experience Centre Singapore, coordinating proposals, events, and on-site execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on project management, applying AI tools, and sharing fresh ideas to improve outcomes. Must be enrolled in university and available five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's student in Business Administration, Economics with Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Teams; knowledge of Co-Pilot and Project Professional is a plus.
• Proficient in AI tools and able to apply them in a professional setting.
• Organized, analytical, quality oriented and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented and intercultural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and improve efficiency
• Support Event Sales & Marketing in proposals, coordinating customer events, and on-site execution
• Propose fresh ideas to improve project outcomes and foster learning
• Run small sub-projects, owning planning, execution and reporting
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate with project management agencies and consultants
• Apply AI-driven tools to support project implementation and decision-making
• Contribute to identifying process improvements and best practices
• Assist with managing project resources and schedules
