Job description

This individual is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of executive development programs by providing comprehensive support to participants, program directors, and both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the program. The role also includes assistance with event organization and require business traveling.

The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to participate in regional events

The Job:

  • Collaborates with faculty and key stakeholders to develop program schedules and materials; sets up participant learning portals and uploads pre-program content.
  • Manages administrative logistics, including organizing company visits, meetings, guest speaker support, and preparing program budgets in coordination with the team.
  • Provides comprehensive support to faculty and participants before, during, and after program delivery
  • When assigned, takes ownership of planning and executing events.
  • Offers general administrative assistance on an ad hoc basis to support office operations.

The Talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field required
  • Prior overseas working experience in event coordination or management is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams
  • Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently and within deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Technologically adept with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
