We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Event Planner to join our team on a commission-based structure, focusing on driving event sales and fostering new business relationships.

Position Overview:

As a Commission-Based Event Planner at Churrolto Foods, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our brand and generate sales. Compensation is based on commission earned from successful event contracts, partnerships, and sales. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for event planning and the ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and secure new event opportunities through networking and outreach. Build relationships with potential clients, event organizers, and partners. Achieve sales targets by converting leads into contracts. Promote events via social media, industry contacts, and local outreach.
  2. Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute a variety of events, collaborating with marketing and creative teams. Manage logistics including venue, vendors, catering, and setup.
  3. Vendor and Partner Relationships: Develop relationships with vendors and partners. Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and quality service.
  4. Client Communication and Customer Service: Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Address client needs and feedback.
  5. Event Promotion & Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through digital and traditional channels. Support marketing with promotional materials.
  6. Post-Event Reporting and Relationship Building: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and follow up with clients. Provide management with reports on event performance and opportunities.
Commission Structure:

The role is entirely commission-based, with earnings tied to event execution, partnerships, and sales. Rates will be outlined based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event planning, sales, or business development, preferably in food/beverage or hospitality.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with event management platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Salesforce). Knowledge of food and beverage industry and digital marketing experience.
