- Lead and manage the operational planning and execution of events, including conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, pop-ups, and international activations.
- Oversee logistics, production schedules, vendor coordination, staffing, and onsite operations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective solutions.
- Supervise setup and teardown, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage event crew, freelancers, and overseas partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges onsite with a calm and solutions‑driven approach.
- Provide post‑event reporting, including feedback, financial reconciliation, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event operations, project management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and international partners.
- Proficient in project management tools, scheduling, and budget tracking.
