Job description

Position: Event Operations Executive

Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $4,500 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Management:

    • Coordinate executive-level forums and leadership events

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events

  2. Planning & Administration:

    • Optimise digital platforms/collaboration tools for efficient meeting scheduling and resource allocation

    • Administer and analyse surveys/polls to support operations planning

  3. Operational Excellence:

    • Co-lead or support initiatives to streamline processes

    • Support the optimisation of division’s digital presence on internal platforms

    • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for efficient resource management

  4. Process Automation:

    • Leverage on platforms/tools to automate routine tasks

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the division

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or administration/operations management

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with government administration processes is advantageous
