About the Client

Our client is an established global High-Net-Worth (HNW) insurance brokerage firm, known for delivering tailored insurance solutions to elite clientele across Asia, the Middle East, the U.S and Europe. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and creative Marketing & Events Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives and high-impact events that engage internal and external stakeholders globally.

About the Role

In this global-facing role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a 360° marketing and communications portfolio. You will work closely with sales consultants and marketing teams across multiple offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, America, and Europe), playing a key role in amplifying the company’s global brand presence through impactful digital campaigns, strategic events, and relationship-building programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing & Branding

  • Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing events, sponsorships, branding, digital presence, corporate gifting, and collaterals development.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a full suite of marketing materials, including brochures, stationery, sales kits, videos, and corporate gifts

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end event operations - from ideation and planning to vendor sourcing, negotiation, execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate global event calendars including client seminars, loyalty programs, banker engagement activities, and internal team-building sessions.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Design and implement a global digital marketing plan to boost visibility and engagement with the target audience.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and ensure strong ROI across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging marketing content aligned with brand tone and strategy.

Budget & Analytics

  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and performance reporting.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and data tools to monitor ROI and analyze marketing effectiveness.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors, referral partners, co-marketing allies, and strategic sponsors.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and engagement tactics to increase client and market reach.

Team Collaboration & Strategic Projects

  • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to support and localize global campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas and feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and brand consistency.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure marketing activities adhere to the Group’s procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of marketing and branding activities, particularly in relation to referral parties and partner communications.
  • Support senior management with strategic initiatives and other marketing-related projects.

Job requirement

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a combination of digital, traditional, and events marketing - preferably in high-touch sectors like insurance, finance, or luxury services.
  • Proven track record in managing global or regional events and executing cross-border marketing campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for branding and design.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing budgets and reporting in Excel.
  • A confident communicator with strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and excited to take ownership in a fast-paced, global environment.
