We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and ambitious Account Service / Event Assistant Manager to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be trained to develop skills in event management to support assigned projects.
As part of the Account Servicing team for Events, you will be sourcing, connecting with suppliers, and ensuring all event elements are delivered across multiple projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Create strong, compelling, and strategic plans; recommend how digital and on-ground channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all current clients and active projects.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and end-users.
- Project manage and ensure the timely, successful, and profitable delivery of clients' creative solutions aligned with their business needs and objectives.
- Be the champion for the client's campaign and an informed expert on products and solutions. Contribute to project discovery phases by identifying client pain points, SWOT, and landscape.
- Ensure client issues are addressed efficiently, informing the Account Director of any problems.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to identify new ideas and support ongoing ideation for new business and solutions.
- Forecast, prepare, and track key account management metrics in the CRM platform to ensure billing timeliness and profitability.
- Maintain the account team archive library.
Event Management:
- Understand client’s unique event needs, including providing floor plans, site inspections, and liaising with service providers.
- Service clients attentively, responding perceptively and confidently.
- Assist in planning events aligned with client objectives, proactively addressing gaps and potential issues.
- Manage events such as roundtables, conferences, hospitality, and appreciation events.
- Handle project management, budgeting, and post-event reporting end-to-end.
- Negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors and caterers for quotations and setup requirements.
- Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, troubleshoot on-site, and service clients throughout.
- Understand company capabilities and communicate offerings effectively to clients.
- Provide regular updates on account activities, project status, and inquiries weekly.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, integrated marketing agency environment, or similar industry.
- Strong client-centric approach.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent motivation, initiative, discipline, and good judgment.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a cooperative spirit, quick learner, efficient, and high sense of urgency.
