Job Title: Event Manager-Client Servicing

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in corporate event management within a reputed event management agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager-Client Servicing to lead the planning and execution of high-profile corporate and brand events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver top-tier events for high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of large-scale corporate events, including conferences, product launches, brand activations, and exhibitions. Develop creative event concepts that align with client goals and brand identity. Ensure flawless event execution, managing all logistical and production elements.
  2. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of event details, budgets, timelines, and expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
  3. Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are executed within budget while maintaining profitability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
  4. Vendor Coordination: Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure top-tier service and cost-effectiveness. Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of event coordinators, designers, and support staff. Assign tasks efficiently and ensure the team works cohesively toward successful event delivery.
  6. Client Proposals & Presentations: Develop creative event proposals and pitch them to clients. Present innovative solutions tailored to client objectives and brand strategy.
  7. On-Site Event Management: Oversee all on-site event operations, including setup, guest handling, and breakdown. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
  8. Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports on event performance, including ROI analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on corporate events and brand activations.
  • In-depth understanding of event production, logistics, and AV requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
