Event Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Event Manager to join our concept.

You will be responsible for driving private dining and event bookings, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events that exceed guest expectations.

• Proactively identify and pursue new event sales opportunities for private dining, parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions
• Respond to event inquiries promptly via email, phone, or in person
• Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with potential clients
• Create tailored event proposals and packages to meet client needs and maximize revenue
• Maintain and update the events calendar, ensuring clear communication with restaurant management and kitchen teams
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all event details are confirmed in writing
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of cooperate events

• Proven experience in event sales, preferably in a restaurant, clubhouse, hospitality, or banquet setting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with a proactive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in Google Work Office

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Existing network of corporate and private clients in the area
• Knowledge of food & beverage trends and event operations
