Event Lead (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem)
Industry:Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies.
Working days: Mon – Fri
Working Hours: 9.30am - 6pm
Working location: Ubi [Mainly in Office, but sometimes at event site]
Salary: $2,500 to $4,000
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults.
Conduct regular venue visits/audits.
Content creation for festive/thematic activities.
Understand requirements for each thematic event.
Manage event operations and logistics.
Do final checks before event day to ensure everything meets standards.
Oversees event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
Overseeing particular tasks throughout the event planning process.
Duties include meeting with vendors at the venue location to help with set-up/tear down and working with site managers to ensure the completion of a successful event.
Evaluate events’ success and submit reports.
Answer phone enquires and other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
Diploma Level.
