Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, develop, and execute engaging and creative ideas from initial concept to final production for various events and digital platforms for both 2D graphics and videos.

  • Translate concepts and client briefs into visually compelling stories and designs that align with project goals and client briefs.

  • Produce high-quality graphics, animations, and video edits using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, and meets project deadlines.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers to understand project requirements and client expectations.

  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute to pitch proposals.

  • Work on-site with the events team to ensure seamless execution of design elements and operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and willing to learn more skills and take up challenges.

  • Experience in creating animations, motion graphics, and video content a bonus.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in both print and digital production, understanding production processes and requirements.

  • Ability to visualize concepts in a 3D space with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with the events team.

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related design majors.

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in events design or related industry.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

  • Experience in creating content for digital marketing campaigns a bonus.
