About Us

We are a creative photo booth company that brings fun and memorable experiences to weddings, corporate functions, and parties. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and versatile Event Executive to join our team. This role blends sales, client servicing, and on-ground event operations — perfect for someone who enjoys both planning and being part of the action.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries via email, phone, and social media
  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate event schedules and liaise with clients to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist in planning and organising logistics for each booking
  • Support sales activities, including maintaining client relationships and occasional marketing initiatives (e.g. social media support, partnerships)
  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications
  • Be present at events to assist with photo booth setup, coordination, and smooth operation
Requirements
  • Prior experience in events, customer service, sales, or operations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools (Adobe skills are a plus)
  • Willingness to be hands-on at events, including setup and coordination
  • Able to work independently as well as in a small, fast-moving team
  • Passion for events, photography, or creative industries is an advantage
