Responsibilities:

1. Project Pitch: Conceptualise and develop creative ideas and proposals for client's events. Providing effective solutions that meets client's objectives

2. Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution within timelines and budget constraints.

3. Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing professional guidance to exceed expectations.

4. Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure seamless execution of project components.

5. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project deliverables.

7. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections and quality checks.

8. On-site Management: Oversee on-site activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service during exhibitions and events.

9. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project performance.


Requirements:

1. Education: Certification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of event management or exhibition project coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the Event Manager position.

3. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
