We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Executive for our customised balloons and gifting items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences through customized balloon arrangements, customisation gift making, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Inflate and arrange balloons for customers based on specific orders or store designs.
• Create visually appealing balloon bouquets, gift baskets, and themed decorations.
• Assist in crafting gifts, wrapping and packaging with attention to detail.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next business day.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work with balloons (inflation, handling balloons grouping) and gift customisation.
• Ability to stand for a certain periods and handle light to moderate physical tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Availability to work at least 1 weekend per week.
• Candidate must possess at least, Higher Nitec or Diploma above
