Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with various departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure all contracts are properly executed and services delivered as agreed
  • Logistics and On-Site Management:
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, booth allocation, manpower allocation and crowd flow management
  • Manage on-site operations during events, quickly resolving any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and implement necessary security measures
  • Budget Management:
  • Assist in creating and managing event budgets
  • Track expenses and identify areas for cost optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in event operations, preferably in the retail or parenting industry
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with event management software and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during event periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with baby/parenting events or trade shows
