JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the events team with scheduling, calendar management, and event-related documents

  • Manage emails, calls, and communication with vendors, clients, and team members

  • Organize and maintain event files and records, both online and offline

  • Help plan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met

  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth event execution

  • Handle event logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment setup

  • Prepare event agendas, take notes during meetings, and follow up on action items

  • Assist in preparing post-event reports and summaries

  • Maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • Strong interest in event trends, branding, and experiential marketing

  • Collaborative team player with a positive, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
