You're good at …

  • event conceptualizing, planning, and management.

  • managing client relationships, participating in the RFP process, assisting in client presentations, and managing expectations.

  • supporting all aspects of pre-event planning, e.g., venue sourcing, manpower planning and management, and liaising with external vendors.

  • working with the team to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and scope.

  • taking accountability for assigned projects and forecasted project margins.

  • monitoring and reporting project planning progress.

  • creating new and innovative ideas for implementation.

  • taking on additional duties when required.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor'sDegree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): MS Office.

  • Personnel with relevant experience will be advantageous.
