We are looking for an Event Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, high-quality B2B events. This position involves managing our events' logistical and operational aspects, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics for events, including event deliverables sourcing, supplier management, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and event schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure contracts and ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event documentation, including run sheets, attendee lists, and operational plans.
  • Manage on-site execution, including set-up, registration, troubleshooting, and wrap-up.
  • Continuously evaluate event processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Min 1 year in events operations, preferably in a B2B environment. (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply!)
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with event management and design tools.
  • A meticulous approach to planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to think quickly and resolve issues under pressure.
