Job Description

1. Guest Registration & Front-of-House Support

  • Assist with attendee registration and check-in-process
  • Distribute event materials such as program brochures, balloons or goodies bags
  • Provide general information and directions to attendees

2. Venue & Crowd Management

  • Assist to guide and direct guests to designated areas (seating zones, restrooms, etc)
  • Assist to maintain order and cleanliness for assigned zones

3. Logistics & Setup

  • Support pre-event setup, including arranging chairs, tables, signage and other materials
  • Help with event packing at the end of each day or event conclusion

4. Booth/Activity Station Assistance

  • Assist in managing activity booths such as Learning Activities Counters (English, Chinese, Math or Science) or Champion Activities counters (Obstacle bouncy castle and Ball Pit)
  • Assist to engage children and families in interactive activities, if applicable
  • Maintain cleanliness and replenish materials as needed

5. Hospitality & General Assistance

  • Run ad-hoc errands for the organizing team during event days
  • Act as a general support runner for any last minutes or unforeseen needs

Other Requirements:

  • Punctual, reliable and presentable
  • Good with children aged3 - 11years old, patient and able to engage young participants in a warm and friendly manner
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to take instructions and work as a team
  • Prior event experience is a bonus (But not mandatory)
