The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
- We are looking for an Operations and Communications Support
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Education background in relevant field eg. Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Information Technology
- Event coordination/management background will be a plus
- Operations support experience (eg. Sales Ops)
- Microsoft Office a must, additional skills in graphic design are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Soft skills: "Can-do-attitude", open-minded, creative, team player, self-driven, digital native, self-sufficient in follow up of requests, good time management for tasks
- Prior knowledge in SAP products will be a plus
Job Description
- Strategic Communication: helping to develop communications objectives, strategies, and messages that align with company's business objectives
- Event Management: Coordinate and support communications for events
- Channel Management: Develop, implement, and manage efficient communications channels to reach diverse audiences
- Digital Adoption: Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance communication strategies and improve engagement
- Operational Support: Assist in the preparation of QBR decks, Townhall meeting, etc
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track plan execution, collect audience feedback, and adjust strategies to maximize impact
