Job description

Job Scope:

The Events and Sales team member will play a key role in supporting and executing brand-aligned events, managing client relationships, and driving sales opportunities across all touchpoints. This role involves coordination, client engagement, and proactive support in creating memorable experiences that promote the brand, products, and services. The candidate will also assist in day-to-day sales tasks, follow-ups, and maintaining the quality of both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand events, workshops, pop-ups, and collaborations.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Support in creating event proposals, timelines, and post-event reports.
  • Engage with customers and partners before, during, and after events to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Drive and follow up on sales opportunities from events, inquiries, and leads.
  • Assist in creating sales kits, client decks, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Maintain a database of event attendees, partners, and prospects for future outreach.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth in all interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with campaigns and product launches.
  • Be proactive in identifying new event or sales opportunities across sectors (corporate, retail, hospitality).
  • Ensure all events reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values, with attention to detail.
  • Be open to supporting other departments or ad-hoc projects during busy periods.
