We are looking for a creative and driven Event and Partnership Executive to join our dynamic team!


Welcome to Singapore’s largest outdoor F&B container park, a lifestyle destination like no other. Located with an amazing view of the Airport runway, Cosford Container Park combines edgy container-style dining, live entertainment, and immersive events all in one vibrant, open-air setting.


We are home to a growing mix of F&B concepts, live music, community happenings, and brand pop-ups. Now, we’re looking for a driven and creative Event & Partnership Executive to elevate our guest experience and grow our community of collaborators.


Responsibility
  • Curate and execute events from themed nights and festivals to weekend markets and live performances
  • Source and manage 3rd party partnerships which include performers, vendors, sponsors, and collaborators
  • Manage outlet-level membership programs to grow the base, plan engagement strategies, and track performance
  • Work with marketing to promote events and drive footfall
  • Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in event planning, partnership management, or community building
  • Confident communicator with great organizational skills
  • Energetic, hands-on, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Creative thinker with a strong network in the F&B, music, lifestyle, or event scene (a plus!)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines smoothly
  • Strong in conceptualising and proposal writing
