Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Events & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of event operations, marketing, and client engagement.

You’ll be responsible for supporting seamless event delivery, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to lead generation efforts. The role demands creativity, flexibility, strong project management, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Client Engagement

• Support end-to-end event planning and onsite operations
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and manage expectations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Manage enquiries and assist with client pitching
• Provide on-site support for both weekday and weekend events as needed
• Compile post-event reports to support continuous improvement

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute B2B marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
• Manage content creation across platforms: LinkedIn, EDMs, website, etc.
• Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement activities
• Design and produce event and corporate marketing collaterals
• Track and analyse marketing campaign performance
• Assist in website development and updates

Sales Support

• Actively contribute to lead generation and client acquisition efforts
• Play a key role in crafting proposals that resonate with target audiences
• Support the sales funnel through consistent follow-ups and CRM management

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or higher with at least 1 year of relevant event experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, independent and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and creative flair in content creation
• Proven interest in both events and marketing, with an ability to wear multiple hats
• Sales-driven with strong client engagement skills
• Must own a personal laptop
