A leading event management firm in Singapore is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist in planning and organizing various events. You will manage logistics and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role offers a salary of $2,600 to $3,500 per month and is located in West Singapore.

Job description

Job Scope:

Event Coordination and Support

  • Assist in planning and organizing events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, programmes, and internal staff events.
  • Help develop event schedules, checklists, and timelines.
  • Support coordination with vendors, venues, and service providers for logistics arrangements (e.g., catering, audio-visual, transport).
  • Assist in preparing event materials such as name tags, signage, and programs.

Logistics and On-site Support

  • Provide support in handling logistics before, during, and after events.
  • Help set up event venues and coordinate registration and ushering duties.
  • Work with IT and facilities teams to ensure technical arrangements are in place.
  • Ensure smooth flow of event activities on the ground.

Administrative and Communication Support

  • Assist with event-related communications, including participant invitations, EDMs, registration tracking, and feedback surveys.
  • Help maintain records, reports, and contact databases.
  • Support post-event evaluation and documentation.

Asset Management

  • Assist in the consolidation of assets from different units.

Maintenance of Office Supplies

  • Assist in consolidating purchase of pantry and stationery items for all InsPIRE units.

Working Arrangement:

Location: West, Singapore (Nanyang Avenue)

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 5.45 p.m.

Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.15 pm.

Duration: ASAP to 30 Sep 2026

salary: $2600 - $3500/Month

Requirements

  • A diploma with experience or a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Canva, or Eventbrite is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required during event periods.
