Job description

Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm

Dress code: Casual

Location: 39 woodlands close, MEGA@woodlands, Singapore 737856

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record expenses, adding payment tasks
  • Sending invoices and reminder for overdue payments to clients
  • Arranging part timers for events
  • Contacting customers for orders & delivery arrangements
  • Ensure accuracy & timely processing of orders
  • Re-name photos & files and put add to relevant folders
  • Updating new equipment and content on price list & website (no design or programming skills required)
  • Perform day to day admin related tasks
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good team player, mature, independent, multi-tasker, initiative,
  • meticulous, proactive and positive working attitude
  • “O” Level, “A” Level, Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Preferably bi-lingual
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • No experience also welcome to apply.
