Job summary

element14, part of Farnell, seeks a warehouse associate in Singapore to ensure safe receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. Working hours are 11am–8pm. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

Ideal candidates have N-Level/O-Level education, basic English, PC literacy, and good numeracy. Training provided; opportunity to contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• N-Level or O-Level education preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak simple English.
• Proficient in PC literacy for warehouse tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and store them correctly to maintain inventory.
• Pick and pack orders to meet dispatch schedules.
• Move stock safely using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations to protect self and others.
• Coordinate shipments with customers and liaise on delivery arrangements.
