The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager, EV Regulations (Licensing & Operations) to join the National Electric Vehicle Centre. You will help regulate and deploy EV charging systems, develop regulatory policies, and oversee licensing for EV charging operators to support Singapore’s transport electrification goals.

You will monitor compliance, analyze trends, and propose changes to improve process efficiency and enforce licensing conditions.

Formación

• Knowledge of regulatory policies and licensing framework.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in regulatory policy or operations, such as licensing or use of regulated products.

• Develop and implement regulatory policies for EV charging licensing and operations.
• Review and administer the licensing regime for EV charging operators.
• Monitor compliance and track indicators to improve licensing outcomes.
• Propose policy/process changes to address root causes and improve compliance rates.
