Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory policies and licensing framework.

• Experience in regulatory policy or operations regulating licensees or banned products.
• Ability to analyze datasets and track indicators to support decision making.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational needs.
• Collaborative cross-functional work with stakeholders including companies and government agencies.
• Interest and basic knowledge in EV charging systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regulatory policies and licensing processes for EV charging operators.
• Review and administer the licensing regime to shape industry development and safety.
• Establish monitoring and compliance frameworks and track non-compliances.
• Propose policy or process changes to address root causes and improve compliance rates.
• Explore technology (e.g., AI) and tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
