We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing end-user computing projects, particularly within government environments. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EUC transformationor implementation projects , ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with government standards and regulations.
Responsibilites:-
- Ability to manage full lifecycle of EUC projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-user technology solutions such as desktop deployments, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), application packaging, and device management.
- Work closely with government stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks.
- Will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
- Will manage vendors and third-party providers for EUC tools and services. Implement change management practices to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption.
- Responsible for providing technical guidance on EUC platforms, tools, and trends where applicable.
- Will ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliance with government standards.
Requirements:-
- Possess at least bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be a add-on.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in project management with a focus on EUC technologies. Should have Strong technical understanding of EUC platforms including Windows OS,
- Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, virtualization (VMware/Citrix), and endpoint security. Demonstrated experience managing projects within government agencies or public sector environments.
- Should have familiarity with government procurement processes, security protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and leadership skills is desired.
- Working experience in an ITIL-based environment will be a plus. Migration or modernization projects involving EUC platforms.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, or similar project management tools. Experience with remote desktop solutions and mobile device management (MDM).
