What You’ll Do:

  • Support day-to-day network and infrastructure operations

  • Assist in implementing daily and weekend change requests (CRs) as a Maker

  • Provide on-site support at data centers, including escorting build engineers when required

  • Collaborate with L1/L3 engineers and clients in a structured, high-compliance environment

  • Participate in shift work and after-hours support as part of a rotating schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network support roles (Smart Hands)

  • A solid understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching)

  • Someone eager to build a career in Network Engineering or NOC
