A global investment bank is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their HR operation team in Central Singapore. This role involves managing candidate communications, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient hiring processes. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. This is a fully on-site position for a 6-month outsource contract with potential extension.

They are process-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures closely. They are able to multi-task and keep track of several candidates and job openings at a time. They are interpersonal and professional in their communication with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HCM partners/stakeholders, and fellow team members.
