This is a fully on-site position for a 6-month outsource contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

Our client, a leading global investment bank is looking for talent to join their HR operation team. The role is a 6-months outsource contract with potential extension.

Working Location: Central Singapore (Fully On-Site)

If you've ever wanted experience in Human Resources or the Financial Services industry but never knew where to start, this is where to begin.

Our recruiting team partners with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline. Our team coordinates hundreds of candidates a week, to put them through pre-vetting checks, manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes are actioned with precision. Their role in the hiring pipeline of the division is crucial and requires efficiency and organization.

The Engineering recruitment coordinators are extremely efficient, responsive, and organized. They are proactive and thoughtful communicators. They are process-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures closely. They are able to multi-task and keep track of several candidates and job openings at a time. They are interpersonal and professional in their communication with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HCM partners/stakeholders, and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

  • Be proactive and responsive with candidates, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in thoughtful and professional communication throughout the coordination process
  • Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes and route to the correct hiring managers
  • Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending item
  • Demonstrate a process-oriented focus, being able to follow practices and procedures in place
  • Be agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, business administration or in an industry-related field
  • 2 - 3 years working experience in HR administrative role preferable in banking environment.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and track assigned tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and external
  • Experience in a related or similar role
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes
